Every change to raid policy, loot, or roster goes through a town hall. Agendas are posted at least 4 days in advance. Async comments stay open until the meeting closes the thread. Officer decisions come with a written rationale and a review date.
Every kill week ends with a written retrospective: keep, change, open questions. Facilitation rotates. Members are invited — never required — to upload parses through BYOH for shared review. Curiosity is celebrated, not graded.
MS over OS, single offspec roll, locked sheet 24h before raid. Trials roll equal to mains for items the trial would use that night. The loot rule is the loot rule.
Disagree in public, decide in writing, never punish for asking. The Goats After Dark joke is the joke; no further bits required at someone's expense.
If you leave, the door is open. We ask for a one-line note in #goodbyes if you can swing it. The roster is updated within a raid week.
